• Third-party processors such as PayPal or Shop Pay

• As per Square space options

All prices are listed in CAD, unless otherwise noted.

6. Licensing, Personal Use & Commercial Restrictions

6.0 General Licensing

Unless explicitly stated, all artwork, digital files, illustrations, coloring pages, surface patterns, and creative content are provided for personal use only.

Commercial reproduction, resale, redistribution, or manufacturing — including printing for sale — is not permitted without a separate written licensing agreement.

Commercial licensing, surface pattern rights, and extended use are handled privately and require written approval.

6.1 Terms of Use for Artwork & Shared Content

All artwork shared by NinaSherie Art & Design is original and protected under copyright law.
This includes:

• Coloring pages

• Surface pattern designs

• Illustrations and graphics

• Digital freebies

• Content posted to social media, email, or other channels

Use of this artwork without permission or purchase is strictly prohibited, including:

• Screensavers or phone/desktop backgrounds

• Profile pictures, icons, or personal avatars

• Reproducing, printing, tracing, or redistributing art

• Uploading artwork into AI/image generators or design tools

• Editing, tracing, or creating derivative designs

• Use in content creation, websites, or design projects

Only artwork explicitly labeled “free for personal use,” or provided as a subscriber benefit, may be used accordingly.

When using free content, you must:

• Retain the NinaSherie Art & Design logo on the artwork (if included)

• Tag @NinaSherieArtDesign clearly or Credit clearly in captions or visible placement if posted online

7. Shipping & Fulfillment

Many physical products are printed on demand and fulfilled by third-party production partners.
Processing times and delivery estimates are shown on product listings.

Once fulfilled and transferred to a carrier, NinaSherie Art & Design is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays

• Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels

• Customs fees, taxes, or import duties

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final.
This includes:

• Print-on-demand merchandise

• Digital files and downloads

• Subscriptions

• Artwork and custom products

9. Comments, Reviews & User Content

Where comments or content submissions are allowed, you agree not to post:

• Harmful, offensive, or defamatory material

• Copyrighted material without permission

• Spam or unsolicited promotions

We reserve the right to remove comments or content at any time.

10. Copyright & Intellectual Property Ownership

All creative assets displayed on this website — including artwork, collections, illustrations, product listings, coloring pages, graphics, photography, branding, and written content — remain the exclusive property of NinaSherie Art & Design.

• Claim artwork as your own

• Remove watermarks or copyright notices

• Resell, share, or redistribute purchased files

• Upload any artwork into AI or automated generation tools
