Please note that all sales are Final. While I take every care to ensure the quality of each item, including personally testing each design on each material before offering it for sale, I cannot guarantee perfection in every manufactured item.

If you encounter a quality issue, I will gladly relay your feedback to the manufacturer and do my best to advocate for a resolution. However, please understand that no resolution can be guaranteed. By completing this order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Account for the Time:

Most products take 5-8 days to be made, +3 days per 6 items. 

This with standard shipping being about a week in Canada/ US and Internationally 10-30 days.

Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order to ensure all items arrive safely.

• Orders under 5 lb → $15 CAD (Canada) / $25 CAD (USA)

• Orders over 5 lb → $35 CAD (Canada) / $55 CAD (USA)

Some multi-item orders may ship in separate packages. These rates help cover the actual cost of safely delivering your items to you.
