No Refunds or Returns – Policy Explanation

At NinaSherie Art & Design, all products are made-to-order from original artwork, thoughtfully designed and produced through print-on-demand methods, custom commissions, or digital files. Each item is unique and created specifically for you, which means we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.

Why We Have This Policy

  1. Custom Production & Digital Files: Every physical product is created or printed individually, and all digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the instant access and custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

  2. Quality Assurance: Before offering a design for sale, I personally test and review each design and material to ensure the highest quality. Slight variations in color, placement, or texture are a natural part of production.

  3. Made-to-Order & Digital Nature: From commissions and personalized designs to digital downloads, everything is produced or delivered after your order is placed. This ensures originality and attention to detail, but means items and files cannot be restocked or returned.

Commissions & Retainers

  • All commissions require a non-refundable retainer to secure your project.

  • If a customer cancels a commission after paying the retainer, the retainer is forfeited and not refunded.

  • If I need to cancel a commission, a full refund, including the retainer, will be issued.

If You’re Concerned About Your Order

While refunds and returns are not possible, I will always:

  • Review any quality concerns you bring to my attention.

  • Relay feedback to the manufacturer or production partner if a product has a production issue.

  • Strive to provide guidance or options whenever possible, even if a replacement or solution cannot be guaranteed.
