For Print On Demand Products
1. Product Information
All products are made to order using print-on-demand methods. We make every effort to ensure the colors, sizing, and design match the images and descriptions on the website. Minor variations may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand processes.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
Prices include the product and shipping costs as listed.
Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
3. Payment & Checkout
Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Commerce.
We accept all major credit/debit cards and approved payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been successfully processed.
4. Shipping & Handling
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order:
Canada: Under 5 lb → $15 CAD | Over 5 lb → $35 CAD
USA: Under 5 lb → $25 CAD | Over 5 lb → $55 CAD
Shipping flat rates are subject to change to reflect actual costs.
Estimated production time: 5–8 business days per order.
For larger orders, add approximately 3 extra days per 6 items.
Once shipped, standard delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Some multi-item orders may ship in separate packages to ensure safe delivery.
5. No Returns or Refunds
All products are made to order; we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the finished product, we will do our best to relay your feedback to the manufacturer. However, we cannot guarantee a resolution.
We personally test and review all designs on each material before offering them for sale to ensure the highest quality possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of NinaSherie Art & Design.
You may not copy, reproduce, or sell these designs without express written permission.
Purchasing a product does not grant you ownership of the design, only a license to enjoy the finished product.
7. Limitations of Liability
NinaSherie Art & Design is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties in their jurisdiction.
We will not refund taxes or duties collected by customs.
9. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing products from NinaSherie Art & Design, you agree to these Terms & Agreements.

Digital Coloring Pages for purchase and Subscription
This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of digital products sold or distributed by NinaSherie Art & Design ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to coloring book design pages and books ("Products"). By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. License and Permitted Use Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Products for personal use only, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
You MAY: - Download and print the Products for your own personal use. - Use the printed materials for educational, recreational, or decorative purposes.
You MAY NOT: - Resell, redistribute, or share the Products in digital or printed format. - Modify, alter, or create derivative works for resale or commercial distribution. - Upload the Products to file-sharing platforms, social media, or websites in a downloadable format. - Use the Products for training AI or machine learning systems.
2. Commercial Use Terms of Use Agreement, If you wish to use our Products for commercial purposes (e.g., for resale, in workshops, or included in a product you sell), you must obtain a separate commercial license. Please contact us at nina@ninasherie.com for commercial licensing options.
3. Intellectual Property, All Products are the intellectual property of NinaSherie Art & Design. All rights are reserved. No ownership or copyright is transferred to you through purchase or download.
4. Refund Policy, Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you experience issues with your download or have questions about the product, please contact us at ninasheriedesigns@gmail.com.
5. User Responsibilities, You are responsible for ensuring compatibility of your device or printer with the files provided. We are not liable for any printing errors or file compatibility issues once the file has been downloaded.
6. Modification of Terms, We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Continued use of the Products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law, This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Subscription Terms, If you subscribe to receive our digital coloring page products on a recurring basis ("Subscription"), the following terms apply:
a. Subscription Access By subscribing, you gain access to a series of digital products released on a scheduled basis (monthly). Subscription content is for personal use only, subject to the same usage restrictions outlined in Section 1.
b. Billing and Renewal Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly), as selected at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
c. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at ninasheriedesigns@gmail.com. Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided.
d. Modifications We reserve the right to modify subscription content, pricing, or delivery schedules at any time. You will be notified in advance of any material changes. By purchasing any digital product from NinaSherie Art & Design, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
10. Quick Clause for Checkout or Listings
Purchase of this digital artwork confirms your full agreement to the Artist’s Terms of Use.
Digital Art Print – Terms of Use & Agreement
1. Custom & Prepared Digital Art
a) License Grant Upon purchase, The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital art file solely for the purpose of printing copies on a surface of their personal choice (e.g., canvas, wood, paper, fabric, etc.), in the sizes verbally agreed upon with the Artist prior to delivery.
b) Ownership & Copyright, The artwork remains the sole property of the Artist.- The Buyer is not purchasing the copyright, only a limited license to print and display the artwork for personal use.- All intellectual property rights are retained by the Artist.
c) Restrictions, The Buyer agrees NOT to:- Reproduce, distribute, or resell the digital file or printed versions of the artwork.- Share the digital file with third parties.- Modify, edit, or create derivative works from the file without written consent from the Artist.- Use the artwork for commercial purposes, including but not limited to merchandise, branding, or advertising.
d) Personal Use Only, This license is for personal use only. The Buyer may print the artwork for display in personal spaces, gifts, or décor, but not for business or profit.
e) Printing & Quality Disclaimer, The Artist provides the file in a high-resolution format suitable for printing. The Artist is not responsible for print quality, color variations, or issues caused by third-party printers.
f) Refund Policy, Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you experience issues with your download or have questions about the product, please contact us at nina@ninasherie.com
g) Payment Process, Payment is expected upon delivery of invoice to client via cash or e-transfer. Or through online website/landing page shopping options set up by NinaSherie Art & Design- See section 2 for details on custom orders. Please contact nina@ninasherie.com for possible updated payment options.
h) Termination of License, Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of this license. The Buyer must delete all copies of the digital file and cease use.

l) Acceptance of Terms, By completing the purchase of this digital product, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Custom Digital Art
a) Artwork Size, The Artist agrees to provide the artwork file(s) in the sizes verbally agreed upon before the delivery date.- Multiple size variations may be provided if agreed in advance for an additional cost.- Any requests for additional or alternative sizes after delivery will be subject to additional fees.
b) Limited Revisions, Due to the nature of custom requests, please ensure you provide as much detail as possible before the artist begins. Each custom order will be granted up to 3 revisions, within reason to colors, size, minimal details and misunderstandings. Further requests for revisions will be subject to an additional fee of $20.00 per revision.
c) Intake Form, This form is strongly encouraged to complete for clarification on the art concept request, either verbally or in writing/typing on the form. The Artist will consider all information provided and work to the best of the artist's ability. This does not guarantee the clients 100% satisfaction. -See Section 3.
d) Pricing Quote, When the client provides the details of the order the Artist will provide a quote or price for transparency before starting any work. Due to the nature of custom work and uncertain requirement for resources, the quote is subject to change. However the quote will provide a minimum and maximum dollar amount for parameters.
e) Payment Process, The Artist will send a proof (screenshot or watermarked copy) of the art project to the client for an agreed upon final edition of work before invoice is sent. Payment is expected upon delivery of invoice to client via cash or e-transfer. The client has 15 days to fulfill payment or the product will not be delivered to the client's provided email address. Once payment is received the file will be delivered as requested (options: JPEG, PNG, PDF). Should payment not be fulfilled, it is in the artist's rights to sell/use the final product by other means.
3. a) Privacy Policy, The personal information provided by the client is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling the client services. It will be kept confidential and protected, and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent or as required by law.
Digital Art Print – Terms of Use & Agreement
By purchasing this digital art file, you agree to the following:
You MAY print this artwork in the sizes we agreed upon before delivery.
You MAY display your printed artwork at home or as a personal gift.
You MAY NOT resell, share, or distribute the file or printed copies.
You MAY NOT use the artwork for business, branding, or merchandise.
The file will be provided in the agreed-upon size(s). Additional sizes after delivery will require an extra fee. The artist retains full copyright to the work. This purchase is for personal use only.
Commission Agreement
Effective Date: Upon commission request and retainer payment
1. Scope of Work
All commissioned work (“Artwork”) will be created by NinaSherie Art & Design (“the Artist”) according to the concept and specifications agreed upon with the Client.
While an intake form is highly encouraged to clarify the project, provide references, and ensure mutual understanding, the terms in this agreement apply regardless of form completion.
2. Commission Pricing & Retainer
All commissioned work starts at $300.00 CAD.
After finalizing the concept conversation, a quote will be provided before work begins.
A retainer of 50% of the agreed quote is required to secure the commission and begin work.
The final payment is due upon delivery of the completed Artwork and receipt of the invoice.
Retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Timeline
Estimated delivery will be communicated prior to starting the commission.
Delays may occur; the Artist will communicate any anticipated changes to the timeline.
4. Ownership & Copyright
The Artist retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the commissioned Artwork.
Upon full payment, the Client receives a personal-use license for the Artwork unless a commercial license is purchased separately.
Commercial reproduction, resale, or use in third-party products is prohibited without a separate written license.
5. Use of Artwork
The Client may display, print, or share the Artwork for personal purposes.
The Artist may feature the commissioned Artwork in her portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials, unless the Client requests otherwise.
6. Cancellations
The Client may cancel at any time; however, retainers for work already started are non-refundable.
The Artist may cancel due to unforeseen circumstances; in that case, any payments made for incomplete work will be refunded.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By commissioning artwork and paying the retainer, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
The Artist may provide an intake form to clarify project details, references, and expectations, which is highly recommended for clear communication and mutual understanding.
