About Our Products

Every item in my shop is made-to-order from original artwork, thoughtfully designed in my studio and produced through trusted print-on-demand methods. This ensures each piece is high-quality, unique, and art-driven, whether it’s part of my small product collection or a custom commission.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and reflect the actual cost of safely delivering your items. Rates may adjust over time to accommodate changes in shipping costs.

Canada:

  • Orders under 5 lb → $15 CAD

  • Orders over 5 lb → $35 CAD

USA:

  • Orders under 5 lb → $25 CAD

  • Orders over 5 lb → $55 CAD

Notes:

  • Some multi-item orders may ship in separate packages for safety.

  • For unusually large orders, additional shipping fees may be requested, with notice provided in advance.

Production Timeline

  • Standard production time: 5–8 business days per order.

  • Larger orders: add approximately 3 extra days per 6 items.

  • Once production is complete, shipping times vary depending on carrier and destination, typically around 1 week.

Print-on-Demand Guidelines

  • Products are made to order, so small variations in color, texture, or print placement may occur.

  • Each design is tested on every material before being offered for sale to ensure quality.

  • All artwork is protected under copyright; purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce the design.

Manufacturer Considerations

While I work with trusted production partners, there are factors outside of my control, such as:

  • Production delays

  • Supply shortages

  • Printing or fulfillment errors

I will always communicate promptly if any issues arise and relay concerns to the manufacturer, but please understand that some situations are unavoidable.

Customer Considerations

  • All sales are final; due to the custom nature of products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • If you have concerns about your order quality, I will do my best to relay feedback to the manufacturer, though resolution cannot be guaranteed.

  • By placing an order, you agree to the production, shipping, and handling timelines, including the possibility of unforeseen manufacturer-related issues.
